How It Works

Choosing a Program

Becoming a Sunfare client is easy.

In order to get started, simply choose the meal program that best suits your needs: The Sunfare Signature Diet, Sunfare Vegetarian, or Sunfare Family Dinners. Each of these programs is detailed on www.sunfare.com, but if you need further help determining which is right for you, please contact us directly: 1.866.786.3273.

Signing Up

After you have selected a meal program, you can let us know how you’d like to sign up. We’ll be glad to walk you through this process, or you can do it on your own. Sign up can be done via phone, fax, mail, or right here on our website.

However you choose to proceed, we’ll ask you to complete our sign up packet. This is used to gather important information about you so we can tailor your meal program and delivery needs to suit your specific profile. The sign up packet will include dislike sheets, which are detailed lists of the ingredients we use in our kitchen. By telling us the ingredients you don’t like, we can ensure that all of your meals are prepared to your exact standards. The sign up packet will also outline a variety of meal plans. These dictate which meals you want and on what days you want them delivered. Both dislikes and meal plans will vary depending on the meal program you have selected.

Ultimately, we’re striving to ensure that each of your meals is prepared according to your personal tastes, schedule, dietary goals, and above all, satisfaction.

Getting Started

When we’ve received your completed sign up packet, one of our associates will call to confirm your information and arrange a start date for your meal delivery. We can begin your service in as little as 48 hours, or anytime thereafter that you specify.

Once your service commences, our kitchen will freshly prepare your meals on a daily basis. All meals are packed on ice in a tamper-proof Sunfare cooler. Our trusted delivery team will then deliver your meals to your front door by 7:00 a.m.

On your first day of meal delivery you will receive several important items along with your cooler: a welcome packet that explains all of our policies and services, some helpful guidelines on how to maintain your healthy lifestyle, and an online pin number so you can access your account through our website. This is helpful if you wish to amend your menu, review your profile, or update your dislikes remotely.

When you begin service, you will also be presented with your monthly menu: a detailed outline of your breakfast, lunch and dinner selections for the month ahead. Your menu will display a variety of alternate meals so you can customize it to suit your tastes, and can be sent to you via e-mail, fax, or hard copy. You may also choose to review your menu online.

After your first day of service, we will continue to deliver your meals until your selected meal plan expires. We will then restart your meal plan automatically unless you notify us and cancel your service.

Customer Service

For additional support, we’ll assign you a client counselor who will be your personal contact within our company. Your counselor will call you on the first day of service to introduce him/herself and answer your questions, on the third day to gauge your satisfaction, and again after two weeks to update your progress. Your counselor is there for one reason only; to help you get the most out of your Sunfare experience.

Throughout your time as a Sunfare client, we encourage you to contact us whenever you have questions or need assistance. We place the utmost importance on building strong client relationships and will not rest until you are completely satisfied.
