The Details:
On each day of the Optimal Cleanse you’ll eat five to six times. Most meals will come in the form of powerful rice-based shakes, while other meals are made with fresh, healthy ingredients. It’s important to note that each day of the Cleanse offers a different shake to fresh meal ratio, and that three days on the 10-day Cleanse and two days on the five day Cleanse are shake-only days. These are the critical days where your body will experience the most detoxification.

This program is highly focused - in order to deliver the most effective results there are no alternate meals or dislikes available.
