Her go-to diet
Since returning to LA, Kim's been eating portion-controlled meals from Sunfare, a gourmet-meal delivery service that Britney Spears, Eva Longoria and other celebs also rely on. The low-carb, high protein meals add up to about 1,100 calories a day. "It's the only diet I can stick to," Kim tells us. "It makes me eat healthy because the food [breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks] is at my house when I wake up."
Kim's Sunfare Diet
DAY 1
Breakfast: Granola parfait made with vanilla yogurt and mixed berries
Lunch: Turkey club wrap in a whole wheat tortilla
Dinner: Kobe-beef burger wrapped in lettuce (instead of a bun) and a Romaine wedge
Snacks: Cheddar cheese, three to four macadamia nuts, Asian pear
DAY 2
Breakfast: Goat-cheese-and-tomato omelet
Lunch: Coconut soup with shrimp and fresh shiitake mushrooms
Dinner: Blackened salmon with miso sake cream sauce
Snacks: Turkey ham with dressing, three cantaloupe slices, 1/4 whole wheat quesadilla
DAY 3
Breakfast: Peach crepes
Lunch: Grilled chicken caprese salad on a bed of arugula
Dinner: Tilapia with lemon zest, fresh ground pepper and capers in a white-wine reduction
Snacks: Mozzarella and tomato skewer, veggies and dip, a few baked pita chips and bean dip
