Sunfare Eyes OC

Los Angeles-based Sunfare, a meal delivery service, is looking to lure health-crazed Orange County folk.

 

The company, which delivers what it calls healthy gourmet meals, recently expanded its reach to OC, and so far has 35 people signed up.  It serves 10,000 customers in Los Angeles, according to a spokeswoman.

 

To get the word out, Sunfare recently ran print ads in The Orange County Register, and is doing a promotion with radio station Star 98.7.

 

Sunfare makes healthy gourmet meals.  One meal line is endorsed by Dr. Barry Sears, inventor of the Zone Diet, which focuses on how much protein you eat.  The company delivers the food by 7 a.m. each morning.
