Britney Spears’ Hot-Body Diet
The singer looks better than ever by following a meal-delivery plan

"Her Body was slammin’," DJ JJ Kincaid, who interviewed Spears Sept. 29 at NYC radio station Z100, tells Us.

Her new single, "womanizer" may be getting tons of airplay, but it’s Britney Spears’ bod that has everyone buzzing. A source close to the 5-foot-4 Spears, 26, tells Us she has shed 15 to 20 pounds thanks to three months on meal-delivery plan Sunfare (available in L.A. and Phoenix starting at $52 per day, Sunfare.com). "She receives between 1,100 and 1,200 calories per day," says the insider of the three meals and two snacks (each comprised of 30 percent protein, 40 percent carbs and 30 percent fat). "She loves the turkey burger, chipotle chicken wrap and lasagna. She also gets a sugar-free dessert two to three times per week." And staying active is key. Another source says she works out with a trainer for up to two hours, three times a week (30 minutes of cardio, then strength training), in addition to dance rehearsals, which are "her way of having fun and working off steam."

Two Days in Her Diet
Day 1
Breakfast: Breakfast burrito with chicken sausage, fresh salsa and pineapple
Lunch: BBQ chicken salad
Afternoon Snack: Turkey wrapped asparagus
Dinner: Lasagna with vegetables and a green salad
Evening Snack: A slice of cheese, nuts and grapes

Day 2
Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt with strawberries and mixed nuts
Lunch: Sweet-and-sour chicken with a side of fruit
Afternoon Snack: Cheese quesadilla with salsa
Dinner: Turkey burger
Evening snack: Sugar-free cheesecake
