This “intermittent fasting” program will help you shed the pounds quickly but also preserve lean muscle mass, and you’ll want to get on a maintenance plan after it’s over to keep the pounds off.

The Details

A low calorie program that pairs high quality nutrition and intermittent fasting to force your body to burn its fat stores for energy.

  • Reliable: Lose 7 lbs. a week on average (or 1/2 to 1-1/2 lbs. a day!), pick your goal weight and stay on for as long as needed until goal is reached, then switch to maintenance to keep it off
  • Systematic: Eat two lean meals per day (with additional veggies for snacking) in an eight hour window, then no more eating after that
  • Intentional: Requires a committed mindset and disciplined approach for full impact and benefit; NO CHEATING
  • Ingredient profile:
    • Proteins: all natural, no hormones, antibiotics, nitrates or GMOs
    • Fish: wild caught and/or sustainably raised
    • Produce: organic when available, market fresh (comes in daily)
